This week, Nicole @ How to Train a Book Dragon wants us to share Books With an Adjective In the Title.
This week’s list lead me through some mental gymnastics of the “I know that knitting is not an adjective, but I am pretty sure that it’s being used as one here and I’m also pretty sure that counts” variety.
So here, in no discernible order, are ten books that I really liked which feature (I think) adjectives in the title—

Top Ten Tuesday was created by The Broke and the Bookish in June of 2010 and was moved to That Artsy Reader Girl in January of 2018. It was born of a love of lists, a love of books, and a desire to bring bookish friends together.
“Dinner at the Homesick Restaurant” is a title that’s begging to be read! Thanks for sharing and Happy TTT!

I especially like it when people list books they like that fit the week’s prompt.

Ha, I did also wind up googling each adjective I used to make sure it was one! Great post 🙂

Faithful Place should have been in my stack too. I love that book and have it on my shelves somewhere..

I had the same struggle with knitting and a couple of other books as well. I finally settled on obvious ones and hoped I got it right, LOL.

These kinds of prompts always have me doubting my knowledge of how the English language works! In my defense, adjectives can be tricky little devils. Sometimes, they’re super obvious, sometimes very subtle…In the end, I did a different topic just ot have to avoid thinking about it too hard! LOL.
Happy TTT!

Oh. My. Goodness, Lori! I think I’ve found a kindred soul. Your list sets a record for books I’ve also read and loved. I look forward to reading more of your posts in the future. (I’m at notesinthemargin.org )
